Archiving sneakers related to Japan is the theme for this book; a visual data book consisting of a timeline of sneakers related to Japan organized by year, tracing the history of Japanese sneaker culture listing up models that are related to Japan in some way or another, such as limited editions created for the Japanese market, collaborations by creators and brands from Japan, and made in Japan models manufactured in Japan. 

The title of this book exclusive of course comes from the sneaker term, but also the meaning as an adjective towards the vast information for enthusiasts, fully created with visuals and designs, suitable to be an "exclusive" pictorial record. 

A total of 528 pages, the first half is set asides for gravure photography of the epoch-making models related to Japan appearing in the sneaker chronology; the lineup includes NIKE, NIKE SB, Hiroshi Fujiwara, sacai, COMME des GARÇONS, UNDERCOVER, WTAPS®, NEIGHBORHOOD®, BAPE®, nonnative, N.HOOLYWOOD, AMBUSH®, BEAMS, mita sneakers, atmos and others. The pages in the latter half has a timeline that has continuously been woven of sneakers related to Japan from 1995 to 2022, along with topics worth noting, and Japanese sneaker culture dropped in text that covers every five years. It would be great if the axis of this book, the timeline of sneakers related to Japan, does not get used just for researching model years, but also gets used as multi-purpose research material as you imagine the correlation or connection between the sneakers.
