All prices displayed include sales tax.

Shipping and Delivery

For domestic orders within Japan, we ship via Yamato Transport.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Payment Timing

Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Shipping Schedule

For pre-order items, shipping will occur once the product arrives in stock.
Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item is unused.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible cases include:

• Defective items upon arrival.
• Damage during shipping (excluding damage to packaging materials used for product protection).
• Incorrect items shipped due to our error.
